  Solder paste filled laser soldering applications


  Solder paste laser welding is generally used in parts reinforcement or pre-tinning, such as the corner of the shield through solder paste melting at high temperature reinforcement, the tin melting of the magnetic head contact; It is also suitable for circuit conduction welding, and the welding effect is very good for flexible circuit boards, such as plastic antenna base, because there is no complex circuit, the solder paste welding often achieves good results. For precision micro-sized workpieces, solder paste filling welding can fully reflect its advantages.


  Due to the heat uniformity of the solder paste is good, the equivalent diameter is relatively small, through the precision dispensing equipment can accurately control the amount of tiny point tin, the solder paste is not easy to splash, to achieve a good welding effect.


  Based on the high concentration of laser energy, the solder paste is subjected to uneven heat burst and splash, and the sputtered tin beads are easy to cause short circuit, so the quality of the solder paste is very high, and anti-splash solder paste can be used to avoid splashing.
