  The laser tin welding process welding car lines and terminal joints are different from the automatic soldering iron welding. The soldering iron welding machine uses the electromagnetic heating of the heating core to transmit thermal radiation to the wires and solder joints through the thermal conductivity, so it is easy to burn the plastic of the wire and terminal in the actual production process.

  Laser welding uses non -contact local rapid heating, and welding is completed when the thermal energy is not completely transmitted to the area without welding, which is highly efficient. In addition, laser welding does not need to consume the soldering iron head, without contact with welding, which completely avoids poor welding caused by the problem of welding head wear and heating core damage.

  In the process of laser tin welding, due to the small welding joints and fast pads, the temperature control the laser tin welding system must be used. After the tin is delivered, the welded joints should be continuously heated until the tin is covered with welded joints. During this process, heat dissipation is the fastest to control the temperature.
