  System composition


  The dual-station constant-temperature soldering system allows two stations to be processed simultaneously, thus increasing the production rate. Machine vision is employed to dispense solder paste after solder feeding is completed. This enables laser welding to be carried out. Laser welding is carried out by two stations, which switch each other to ensure a seamless connection between soldering and welding. This avoids the machine waiting for loading and unloading.

  The solder feeding method can be in the form of solder paste, which is selected by the user according to the characteristics of the product and the solder joint. The constant temperature soldering system consists of a temperature feedback system, a CCD coaxial alignment system, and a semiconductor laser system.

  The temperature feedback and CCD coaxial alignment functions of the system ensure the soldering points are consistently heated to the desired temperature, while the precision parts are aligned precisely to ensure the highest yield in mass production. The system is composed of temperature feedback and CCD coaxial alignment functions.


  High Power Semiconductor Laser Systems


  The laser heating source is a high-power infrared semiconductor laser module with a wavelength of 915nm or 980nm, with an optional power of 20W-200W. It features a real-time temperature feedback function, allowing for precise temperature control. It can be used for welding temperature control applications.The smallest diameter of the temperature control is 0.3mm, with a temperature control accuracy of ±3°C. This enables precise control of the temperature, allowing users to fully grasp the effect of welding and avoid damage to the workpiece. The precise control of temperature allows for a full understanding of the welding effect and the avoidance of damage to the welded workpiece.


  CCD Coaxial Visual Positioning System


  The machine is equipped with a vision positioning system specially prepared for precision welding, which can be used as a monitoring device, using CCD imaging to observe the working situation in real-time, at the same time, the vision positioning system can also be used to control the movement of the cross table to the specified position through the MARK point positioning or weld point positioning on the workpiece to be processed, to avoid welding problems caused by the workpiece error. The vision system is powerful and, in addition to conventional marking code positioning, also has the function of automatically finding the welding position through visual analysis.


  Temperature feedback system


  Unique temperature feedback function, years of industry deep plowing independently designed temperature control feedback system, through the real-time monitoring of the temperature at the welded joints, feedback, can ensure the temperature of the welded joints in the set temperature value, will not cause the welded joints at the burnt, temperature measurement range 100 ℃ - 400 ℃.


  Precision tin dotting mechanism


  The precision screw solder pointing mechanism can be adjusted by XYZ three-axis micro-adjustment mechanism to adjust the position of solder pointing, through the program can be accurately controlled by the amount of solder paste.
