  System composition

  The desktop temperature feedback laser soldering system comprises a multi-axis robot, a temperature feedback system, a CCD coaxial alignment system, and a semiconductor laser system. The temperature feedback and CCD coaxial alignment functions of the system ensure consistent temperature soldering of soldered joints and precise alignment of precision parts, thus optimizing yield in mass production.


  High power semiconductor laser system

  The laser heating source utilizes a high-power infrared semiconductor laser module with a wavelength of 915 nm, 980 nm, etc. Power options range from 30 W to 200 W. The real-time temperature feedback function can be used for welding temperature control, or for other applications. The smallest diameter of the temperature control is 0.3mm, with a temperature control accuracy of ±3°C. By precisely controlling the temperature, you can fully grasp the effect of welding and avoid damaging the welded workpiece. By precisely controlling the temperature, the welding effect can be fully controlled and damage to the welded workpiece can be avoided.


  CCD coaxial visual positioning system

  The machine is equipped with a vision positioning system specially designed for precision welding.It can control the movement of the cross table to the specified position by the MARK point positioning or welding point positioning on the workpiece to be processed, thus avoiding the welding problems caused by the workpiece error.At the same time, the vision positioning system can also be used as a monitoring device, CCD imaging can be real-time observation of the work situation.The vision system is powerful, in addition to conventional marking code positioning, it also has the function of automatically finding the welding position through visual analysis.


  Temperature feedback system

  The temperature feedback function is unique and has been developed over many years by our industry-rooted, independent design team. This ensures that the temperature control feedback system can monitor the temperature at the welded joints in real-time. This allows us to guarantee that the temperature of the welded joints will not exceed the set value, preventing any damage to the welded joints. The temperature measurement range is 100°C to 600°C.


  Precision tin feeding mechanism

  The professional wire-feeding mechanism is available in wire diameters of 0.5mm to 1.2mm, with wire-feeding precision of 0.1mm. The wire-feeding speed and length can be controlled through the program.
