Matsunsheng Optoelectronics Laser Soldering Control System Helps to Meet the Demands of Non-standard Automation Lines

Tin welding controller V2.0 developed by Songsheng Optoelectronics is a laser welding control debugging test software, the system has a welding process test, laser welding, collection monitoring and recording system to produce the relevant data, and can record the data information in real time. The software has an analysis of its related data information processing, strengthening the customer's experience.


The system mainly consists of the main system interface, system parameters interface and process parameters interface three modules.


1. System main interface (laser welding interface)


After clicking on the software to enter the main interface of the system by default, run the system software, the operator according to the operation of the corresponding buttons to carry out the relevant operations.


The operator will have tin welding control system touch screen and laser connection, open the display automatically pop-up "system interface" window, the following chart:



The upper part of this interface displays the status curves of real-time temperature, real-time electric power and real-time time power, which are distinguished by different colours. The lower part of the interface allows you to select the process number, parameter download and soldering. For tin wire control, two modes of continuous movement and point movement can be selected, and three intervals of 0.1mm, 1mm and 10mm are available for the movement distance.



2. Process parameter interface


In the main interface of the system, click on "switch to process parameters" to enter the process parameter setting interface, the operator according to the operation of the corresponding button to carry out the relevant operations. The following figure shows the process parameter setting interface:




This interface is usually filled in by the proofing engineer, according to the proofing of the customer's samples. The working modes are: temperature, electric power, optical power three modes can be selected, and then set its power, temperature and time. If it involves wire welding, you need to fill in the wire feeding/return time, length, speed and other required parameters.


3.System Parameter Interface


In the main interface of the system, click "Switch to System Parameters" to enter the process parameter setting interface, and the operator clicks the corresponding buttons to carry out the relevant operations according to the operation. The following figure is shown:



This interface allows you to view and modify laser parameters, set temperature P/I/D emissivity, transmittance, and lower power limits. The PID parameters, emissivity and lower power limit are generally modified by the process according to the sample proofing conditions. The transmittance value is the default parameter of the laser.


The controller adopts touch screen, compact size, can be controlled by external mouse, easy to operate, suitable for special customised automation production line. It can replace the traditional industrial controller (customers in the absence of motion control needs); only need to set the welding parameters in the system in advance to complete the automated welding process.
